Return Policy

The goal of Remy Hair Secrets is to make every customer a Raving Fan of our products and service.  We do everything possible to ensure that the products we sell are of the highest quality and have no defects. Due to the nature of the products that we provide as well as our extremely high hygiene standards, we have to be very careful with products that are returned/exchanged. We adhere to very strict hygienic standards and for that reason no product that has been opened or un-bundled may be exchanged or returned for the sheer chance that it was brushed/combed, washed, cut or used.

You can return the product within 14 days (2 weeks) from the day of recieving the product. Please send us an email at customerservice@remyhairsecrets.com to recieve details for returns/exchanges.

Our hair is pure Virgin Temple Hair from India and each piece is from different donors, for that reason we cannot guarantee color or texture.
Our Natural Colors all range from Color 1, 1B and 2.  Each of our products besides Wigs contains 3.5 to 4 oz. in each packet.
