Shipping Policy

We ship products out every day during the weekday. For the products that we have in stock, we will ship that within 24 hours of your order.
If your order is placed on a weekend, it will ship out on the following Monday.
If you place your order on a Holiday, we will ship out the following working day.

If it is not available in New York but it is in stock in another warehouse, we will ship it out at the earliest.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation of shipment via email.

If the product you ordered is NOT in stock:
We will notify you at the earliest of the unavailability of your merchandise. We will also inform you of estimated time of delivery. If for some reason the product is unavailable we will refund you the entire amount including any shipping and handling extra charges that you incurred.
Please note that if we do not have your product in stock, it will NOT ship within 24 hours. We can check our warehouses to see if we can allocate your product and in that case we will ship it out at the earliest.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We cannot be held responsible for your package being delayed and will offer no refund of shipping charges.
For larger orders or wholesale orders, we require signatures upon delivery.
